here is a resource for you., Coastal Wellness and Sentencing Consultants work from coast to coast helping attorneys present the mitigating factors which enable alternative sentencing for the addicted. Out of 184 court cases 3 have gone opposiote from what we outlined to occur, helpiing\ the offender get rehab vs sitting in a County Jail awaiting court date or going to dept of corrections/
