Where the outcome of this health care plan is relevant to getting on fire for recovery is when you take into account what the 1 January 2010 Parity Act mandate does to insurance coverage and exclusions regarding mental health and drug dependency treatment. Then how will a burning fire under this subject impact funding re-allocation originating from the examination of prison sentencing policy? And then, how will public health policy take shape after all. My guess is the community ultimately gets more opportunity for recovery. That in and of itself, is not a bad outcome. Dadonfire.
