Toward a New Recovery Movement

Drug and alcohol dependence is an enigma to the human condition. Addicts and alcoholics continue to struggle with acceptance of their recovery. William L. White presented a paper in 2000: Toward a New Recovery Movement: Historical Reflections on Recovery, Treatment and Advocacy.
