Great, thanks for sharing this. Also see Michael Massing’s book, “The Fix”. Though published in 1998 he gives an investigative reporters look at previous attempts to “fix” the drug problem in the US. Recently Mexico’s President has had to admit failure of his program of using a military “fix” to drugs in his country. See Washington Post article 12/17/09. This issue is far too systemic and complex for any simplistic “fix”. Trite statement, I know. Hugs of gratitude. Barbara
