Reevaluating Drug Courts

America is criminalizing addicts to the point where it has become a death sentence for some.  Drug laws and drug courts have to adapt to new information that shows the real fall out for addicts and their families.  Here is what Elaine Powlowski has to say:  “Policy makers believe that Drug Courts and 911 Laws are the solution but in their current state they are not. True statistics and valid research is needed.
